Message:

Programs now partially sort the input sequences to the cominbatorial
functions instead of unecessarily fully sorting the sequences. I also
added an explicit instantiation of iterator_traits<string*> to
combinatorial_ex2.cpp since iterator traits are now referenced in
practically all of the combinatorial functions.
