• build/toolset.jam (push-checking-for-flags-module): New. (pop-checking-for-flags-module): New. (flags): Don't error out if 'unchecked' was last pushed. (inherit-flags): Improve comments.

• tools/intel-win.jam (init): Add /lib for intel-win.archive command. Call msvc.configure-version-specific at the end.

• tools/msvc.jam (configure-version-specific): New parameter 'toolset'. (configure-really): Adjust for above.
