bigint: str() and added wstr() functions now take int base (defaults to 10), 2-36; implemented proper operators << and >> for streams (included support of wide streams and 3 base mode (dec, oct, hex)); implemented standard-compliant conversion to string and wide string; updated todo list (one more extra feature; changes for string support and Infinite Precision Integer proposal)
