Message:

Suffixed all test and example directories by underscore (_). Using EUQUAL namestems for dirs and
programs leads to errors with bjam under linux and unixoids: It can not generate the executable
because bjam tries to store the executable programs under the same name as the directory for
binaries. This works under windows and cygwin because of the .exe postfix, but under linux it fails.
