Added (planned) point-order (of ring/polygon) to design, and reflected area, convex_hull, correct
Updated / cleaned up simplify
Added boolean flag Clockwise to provided geometries linear_ring and polygon
Commented operator< in point_xy because it should not be used (not part of concept)
Added (planned) concept for some strategies (distance, simplify)
Fixed math::equals for big numbers (CLN/GMP)
