Boost.STM/vbe: Improving language-like macros

• add assert when break/continue is used out of a user loop either in the transaction block or in the retry block
• remove TX variable from new _E_ macros.
• Add BOOST_STM_CURRENT to access the transaction variable.
• Add _E_NEW_ macros
