• Changes to the way sessions work (should be in a working state now).
• Changed the default session implementation to std::map<string,string>, when BOOST_CGI_ENABLE_SESSIONS is defined.
• Add put(char) to data_map_proxy.
• Cleanup sessions example.
• Add custom_sessions example.
• Other cleanups
