• removed TM::default_resource interface
• object_access initial code
• NestedTransactionService

only for simple_transaction_manager, TODO for basic_transaction_manager:

• support for NestedTransactionService
• flat nested transaction emulation
• added TM::resources interface to iterate RMs
• support for stateful tags
