Quickbook: merge to release.

Includes:

• Detemplate syntax highlighter.
• Allow escaped markup in comments in highlighter.
• Remove whitespace hat was inserted after anchors.
• Use fs::path in a couple more places.
• Handle blocks inside phrases better (can happen with templates).
