Message:

Moved beach line insertion predicate to the voronoi_calc_kernel.
Auto fixed find_distance_to_segment_arc bug on linux, gcc-4.4.3 (this function returned different results for the same input set, it was impossible to recognize a bug during debugging or saving variables states in release mode, because everything started to work fine).
Updated tests.
