Integrated voronoi_fpt_kernel_tests.
Changed erc to robust_dif.
Added robust_dif tests.
Refactored sqrt_expr_evaluator(robust_sqrt_expr) - won't require static fields in the future.
Fixed voronoi_clipping_test warnings on Linux.
