• Fixed GCC -Wshadow warnings.
• Experimental multiple allocation interface improved and changed again. Still unstable.
• Replaced deprecated BOOST_NO_XXXX with newer BOOST_NO_CXX11_XXX macros.
• [*ABI breaking]: changed node pool allocators internals for improved efficiency.
