Initially I thought that this might be caused by the addition of sublibs file in Geometry but since Spirit tests are also missing the cause may be different.

AFAIK when running the tests using the run.py script they're executed and the results are sent to the server.

It was suggested in [http://boost.2283326.n4.nabble.com/What-are-the-things-that-we-HAVE-TO-fix-before-shipping-1-56-0-tt4665631.html#a4665860 this thread] that the cause may be the lack of {{{test-type}}} and {{{test-program}}} attributes values in the XMLs containing the results:
