1054,"Parameter takes an ""infinite"" amount of time to compile with the Intel compiler.",John Maddock,Daniel Wallin,"The attached reduced test case illustrates the issue: it should compiler cleanly with gcc and msvc, but with Intel 8.1 and 9.1 it takes effectively forever (OK I actually gave up after 10 minutes, but that's still too long to be of any use).  The problem has been tracked down to the line:

   typedef typename boost::parameter::binding<
      args, tag::domain_error_name, domain_error<BOOST_MATH_DOMAIN_ERROR_POLICY> >::type domain_error_type;

which apparently causes problems when there are a large number of deduced parameters.
