The rt lib seems to be missing, where can I obtain such lib to successfully compile 'system' lib?

Changing bootstrap argument between gcc / mingw doesn't help.
Before using bootstrap I set path to mingw using:

> set PATH=c:\mingw\bin;%PATH%

and change bootstrap.bat in line 38 to: 
> set toolset=gcc
