namespace std:: twice. Once in line 473 (remove_all_extents) and
once in line 1006 (aligned_union).

As our STL does not include size_t in the global namespace when
<cstddef> is included, the Boost.Move does not compile straight
away.

Please change these templates to
    template <class T, std::size_t N>
    struct remove_all_extents<T[N]> ...
and
    template<class T, std::size_t Len>
    union aligned_union ...
