11883	Incorporate 64 bit in DLL name	gast128 <gast128@…>		"Currently the default DLL name on Windows consist of base, toolset, threading, runtime and boost version. However it does not include if build for 32 bit or 64 bit. This would be a welcome addition so that DLL's can live side by side.
