Boost C++ Libraries: Ticket #12168: Issue with shared_ptr on boost python https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/12168
Hi,

I have a struct A defined in C++ and exposed to python as shared_ptr. There are two global vectors of shared_ptrs of A. I create and add a object of type A from python to C++ in the two vectors Clear one vector Then when the python exits the program crashes with access violation error.

I have attached both C++ and python file to recreate this issue.

Thanks Praveen
en-us Boost C++ Libraries /htdocs/site/boost.png https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/12168 Trac 1.4.3 Praveen <praveenkumar076@…> Thu, 28 Apr 2016 15:27:19 GMT attachment set https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/12168 https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/12168

attachment → TestShared.cpp

C++ File
Ticket Praveen <praveenkumar076@…> Thu, 28 Apr 2016 15:28:06 GMT attachment set https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/12168 https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/12168

attachment → TestShared.py

Ticket Peter Dimov Thu, 28 Apr 2016 15:46:09 GMT

Praveen,

Could you please post this to

https://github.com/boostorg/python/issues

which now seems to be the preferred channel for reporting Boost.Python issues?
