boost_1_62_0/tools/build/src/tools/python.jam only looks for binaries named ""python"" in the ""usual locations"" (line 432). However, with the Packages from python.org at least for 3.5.1 and 3.5.2 there is only a ""python3"" binary in that path. Also, the includes are not in ""include/python$(version)"" (line 542) but in ""include/python$(version)m"".
