Later, both were added to the Boost Git repository, in develop branch:
* new IO extension in commit https://github.com/boostorg/gil/commit/ef277660379b0d9979b09f59d17405507bafec5d

* Toolbox extension in commit https://github.com/boostorg/gil/commit/6ed4ba628cb1cb0623a7c4ba27c8484530499c5f

Is there any plan to merge those changes into Boost master branch?
