13491	boost.context link problem on Linux	yuval.dinari@…	olli	"After building and installing all boost libraries, and trying to build a program that just instantiates a boost::context::continuation object I get the following link error:

/usr/local/include/boost/context/continuation_fcontext.hpp:236: undefined reference to `ontop_fcontext'

This happened for version 1.66 on both ubuntu and debian, and also when installing 1.65 package from bionic repository on ubuntu.

ubuntu 16.04.2 (kernel Linux 4.4.0-1013-aws, arch x86-64)
