I've found a problem with the input_facet formating. The following format:
""%Y-%m-%d""
causes that the date: ""1999-1-01"" is allowed, but shouldn't be (month has to be in 2-digit format). See attached main.cpp file. It's a unit test clearly describing the problem. Tested on gcc 3.3.6 and 4.3.1.
