2734	Cygwin wants .dll, not .so for shared libraries	don2387ward@…	Vladimir Prus	"Building boost 1.37.0 on Cygwin I get shared libraries named xxx.so, but gcc expects files named xxx.dll (as in 1.36.0 and documented in gcc.jam).  It appears this is due to changes to tools/build/v2/tools/types/lib.jam since 1.36.0.

Also (a separate issue): It would be nice if the xxx.dll files could be put in /usr/local/bin (rather than /usr/local/lib). Is there a way to do this?
