However, the throwing functions will fail to compile unless they're ifdef:ed out. Here is a patch that will only include the throwing functions if BOOST_NO_EXCEPTIONS is not defined.

There are a few places where exceptions are thrown without any alternative function, in those cases the semantics is slightly different when building without exception support.
