SLOOOWW tokenizer compilation on VC++6.0

Hi,

I am using the tokenizer lib only from boost on a MS 
VC++ 6.0 machine.

However, whenever I compile, each file that I include 
the header boost/tokenizer.hpp in subsequently takes an 
age to compile. It does compile OK, but just takes 5 
minutes to do so! Even 'empty' cpp files that just include 
the header to this.

Can anyone help??!!

I'm assigning this to John Bandela, the tokenizer author, in case he wants to look at it.  However, the issue and the compiler are both woefully out-of-date so I hope he'll just close the issue.
