The kylix toolset should be removed from the table of toolsets, because it's dropped from Boost.Build years ago.

All --toolset= should be replaced with toolset=

5.2.3 Has this command line:
bjam --build-dir=build-directory --toolset=toolset-name --build-type=complete stage
