There is a problem with ""tools/build/v1/vc-7_1-

I tried to build boost 1.32.0 with jam optioned as ""-
snative-wchar_t=on"".
But cl option didn't include a '/Zc:wchar_t'. :(

Therefore, i modified ""tools/build/v1/vc-7_1-
stlport.tools.jam"" as following
(not correct fix, just for workaround)

#feature native-wchar_t : off on ;
feature native-wchar_t : on off ;

Finally it worked!
