char_delemiters_separator is a deprecated class and wasn't removed because of compatibility.
There is no reason to keep going with this compatibility when the char_separator offers the same functionality.
Currently it makes you to declare a new type definition for tokenizer<char_separator<char>> instead of using the one from boost.
