I just worked out a small patch that allows the Boost
random package to work with CodeWarrior for Palm OS 8.

The difficulty was that CW for Palm ships with a
stripped-down version of MSL that does not include
unistd.h.  In order to get Boost Random to compile,
I had to edit <boost/config/stdlib/msl.hpp>.

The change is as follows:
