3928	Boost filesystem does not use correct unicode facet for wpath on osx	Sachin Garg <schngrg@…>	Beman Dawes	"When using boost::filesystem on osx, it doesn't perform any unicode conversion for wpath. It seems to be because it does not use the correct facet.

Adding following lines fixes the problem,

 std::locale global_loc = std::locale();
 boost::filesystem::detail::utf8_codecvt_facet utf8_facet(1);
 std::locale loc(global_loc, &utf8_facet);
 boost::filesystem::wpath_traits::imbue(loc);
