4169	Dependency feature does not build dependency targets.	René Rivera	Vladimir Prus	"I added a feature to take advantage of Apple's linker option ""-force_load"" (see [61684]). Unfortunately it doesn't totally work. The dependency I specify is a BB target itself, for example:
