4650	tss_null.cpp does not put function is right namespace	DaveDeakins	Anthony Williams	It appears that a few months ago when all the tss hook functions got moved from the global namespace to the boost namespace, that the stub tss_cleanup_implemented function in tss_null.cpp did not get moved.
