Unable to build boost with Dinkumware STL version 4.02 — at Initial Version

Description
I would like to build boost with Dinkumware's STL version 4.02. I do not know how to do this. I am using MS VC 6.0 with sp6.0 and ran into thread safety issues in MSVC 's STL. That was the reason I switched over to the Dinkumware's STL 4.02. Please let me know the correct procedure for building boost libs with this third party STL Thanks. Rashmi. rashmiramalingam@yahoo.com
