5225	Defining 'BOOST_FILESYSTEM_VERSION' in config/users.hpp doesnt work	anonymous	Beman Dawes	"As I understand it, I should be able to define BOOST_FILESYSTEM_VERSION in boost/config/user.hpp to compile with v2 of the filesystem.  This
doesnt seem to be the case.  The only way I can get my application to compile
is by defining it before including 'convenience.hpp'.
