Boost C++ Libraries: Ticket #5244: <methodname> and <classname> clash with docbook https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/5244 <p> This is the remaining issue from <a class="closed ticket" href="https://svn.boost.org/trac10/ticket/2153" title="#2153: Bugs: [boostbook] Entities methodname, classname, macroname, headername, ... (closed: fixed)">#2153</a>. Boostbook has <code><methodname></code> and <code><classname></code> elements with different semantics to the the docbook elements with the same name. They're not in the dtd for this reason, and not documented.
