5625	sp_counted_base implementation using boost.atomic	Phil Endecott	Peter Dimov	"I've had this code hanging around waiting for Boost.Atomic to make some progress towards submission, review and acceptance.  When that happens, or when people have some other C++0x atomics library, this uses it to implement sp_counted_base in a nice simple fashion without the need for all the current platform-specific code.  For now, perhaps it might be useful to a few people who are using the out-of-tree Boost.Atomic.
