6878	Need to add tss_null.cpp file to allow thread-dependent tests to run on WinCE	David Deakins	Emil Dotchevski	The tests that depend on Boost.Thread are failing to link on WinCE because automatic thread-specific storage cleanup is not implemented on WinCE.  However, that isn't really important for the purposes of the test in Boost.Exception.  Boost.Thread provides the tss_null.cpp file to eliminate the link error for testing purposes.  I have attached a patch that includes tss_null for the relevant tests in the Boost.Exception test jamfile.	Bugs	closed	To Be Determined	exception	Boost Development Trunk	Problem	fixed
