Boost.Format doesn't work on MSVC with /vd2 compiler option — at Initial Version

Description
The problem is that Boost.Format doesn't work(raise exception) with /vd2 compiler option on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. Is it possible to use Boost.Format with this compiler option?
