7327	Use traits to create null_vertex().	Ivan A. Melnikov <iv@…>	Jeremiah Willcock	In several places Boost.Graph uses Graph::null_vertex(), where graph traits should be used. This breaks compilation when Graph is external type with no static null_vertex() method. I will attach a patch that fixes this problem where it hit me, but there might be more.
