8484,[ublas] allow user-defined oeprator/ for matrices,mariomulansky,David Bellot,"I would like to define the division operator for two matrices, but that is impossible right now as the matrix-skalar operator/ from ublas hides any other operator/ definition. This can be fixed very easily by adding an enable_if (see attached patch). Such enable_if are already used for other operators in ublas (e.g. multiplication) and the patch would hence be consistent with the rest of the code.
