Similar problem is also #8847, where I simply use BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT_UNUSED_ATTRIBUTE from StaticAssert library.  That's what I implemented here as well.

(Note: while BOOST_STATIC_WARNING should produce a warning, it shouldn't produce it unconditionally, which is what happens here.  As a matter of fact, I don't get any warning at all as of now.
