This code is rarely exercised but it is very nice to have the support in sync with all platforms.

Just like in linux, FreeBSD needs to disable use of #include_next in files:

boost/tr1/detail/config.hpp

Unlike linux, FreeBSD doesn't use the __GNUC_PATCHLEVEL__ in the headers path,
so an adjustment is required on file:

boost/tr1/detail/config_all.hpp
