This works for ""2013-08-20T17:14:21Z"" or ""2013-08-20T17:14:21"", however it doesn't work as soon as I add a timezone to it, e.g. ""2013-08-20T19:14:21+02"" or ""2013-08-20T19:14:21+02:00"". As far as I can tell the error is because the timezone (%Q) is completely ignored in time_facet.hpp.",Bugs,new,To Be Determined,date_time,Boost 1.54.0,Problem,,,
