I'm using g++ 4.7 with the -std=c++11 option and all new character types are works fine. However BOOST_HAS_CHAR16_T is not defined. I have researched source codes of the boost library and not found a place where the BOOST_HAS_CHAR16_T flag enabling for the g++ compiler.
