At the moment the notion of link (in)compatibility is supported 
only by 'link-incompatible' features. A main target cannot use
targets with different value of 'link-incompatible' feature. 

This is not sufficient: single-threaded binaries may use 
multi-threaded objects. Therefore, additional mechanism 
should be developed and implemented.

Tentatively scheduled for Milestone 3.
