    118118Macports has packages for `boost-build` and `boost-jam` but I think it might be best to use the version from your boost tarball/checkout, so that you're up to date.
    119 OS X comes with xsltproc, but it's too old, so a recent version needs to be installed. Update: Mac OS X comes with "new enough" versions of libxml, libxslt, and xsltproc.
