test_pool_alloc.cpp not compile CW8.1

Description 

To get test_pool_alloc.cpp to compile with CW 8.1 
(Windows), I had to define
BOOST_NO_PROPER_STL_DEALLOCATE.

Compiles and runs correctly on CW 8.3 for windows as of 1.33.0
