Description
These functions are quite handy when dealing with web stuff. Could they be added to Boost?

it can be very useful. But i think, Boost String algo isn't a good place for it. There are many useful algorithms for work with URL and web-similar things. And maybe write some new library is a good idea for realizing this feature request.
