boost.org reference: images are not available

Description
I cannot view the images from boost.org documentation.
For example,
Looking at the source code and clicking the image links, I get "Error 404: File not found".
The new SVG files are not uploaded to the website.

This was fixed a while ago, the files were on the site, but there was a misconfiguration that prevented the site from serving SVG files.
