Description
When trying to build libtorrent running: b2 boost=source link=static geoip=static boost-link=static release optimization=space encryption=openssl runtime-link=static i get a message that you cant build with link=shared and runtime-link=static at the same time.

just wanted to add that the screen show shows using 1.56 but it happens in 1.59 as well.
